If you want to terminate the use of the MoxiMail service, you must send a request for cancellation of the service following the procedure indicated.

The termination of the service involves the elimination of all domains and email accounts present in the control panel at the expiry date indicated in the cancellation phase.

 

 

Request for cancellation

Access the Customer Area and click on Services. Click on the service or services you wish to terminate > Request cancellation and follow the procedure.

 

 

Cancellation of monthly services

If you have a monthly billing you can choose whether to terminate the service immediately or at the end of the month. Once the cancellation has been sent, MoxiMail will not proceed with further renewals of the service, but will not make any type of reimbursement on a monthly service already purchased.

Example: the service has been renewed for the month of June and the customer has to be terminated immediately on June 20. In this case MoxiMail will not refund the 10 days of unused service.

 

 

Cancellation of annual services

If you have an annual billing you can choose whether to terminate the service immediately or upon expiration. Once the cancellation has been sent, MoxiMail will not proceed with further renewals of the service, but will not make any type of refund on an annual service already purchased.

Example: The service was purchased on January 1st for 1 year. The customer must immediately cancel on September 30th. In this case MoxiMail will not refund the 3 months of unused service.
