Simultaneous sessions allowed

All MoxiMail users are welcome to access POP, IMAP, and SMTP services through authentication with username and password. For your security, MoxiMail requires access to these services through TLS protocol.

MoxiMail provides the services but does not deal with the configuration and management of an user's devices and programs. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their devices and those of their users are correctly configured to use our services.

Simultaneous sessions allowed

In order to preserve and maintain a high level of service for all users, there are limits on the number of simultaneous connections via IMAP (50 allowed) and POP3 (10 allowed) that a single account can perform from a specific IP address. This limitation comes into play only on a large number of connections by the same username, while for normal use the existence of this policy is never perceived by the user. If you reach this limit, you will receive an error message on your email client. Tracemail will also flag the issue up.
