Customizations
MoxiMail allows you to customize the appearance of your interfaces (so as to show a customized logo to users accessing the services) and your URLs. The types of customizations available are listed below.
In relation to the graphic aspect:
- Customizations with logo
In relation to service access addresses:
- MoxiMail label
- Web Label
- Private label
Logo customization
You can enter a customization for a single domain, or multiple ones, in the Control Panel. The customization will be displayed in Control Panel, in Webmail and in Mail Time Machine when the user accesses the MoxiMail services.
This type of customization can be activated independently from the control panel and can be combined with other types of customizations related to the service access. For more details, see the Customization Control Panel documentation.
Logo customization is included in the cost of the service.
The logo customization by domain is only available with the Professional and Enterprise plans.
MoxiMail label
With this customization, you decide to show the MoxiMail logo to users who access our services.
To log in, you can use the following MoxiMail URLs:
- Webmail https://webmail.moximail.net
- Panel https://panel.moximail.net
- Archive https://vault.emailpnl.com
- Mail TM https://mtm.emailpnl.com
MoxiMail Label customization is compatible with Logo Customization. In other words, if you upload a logo for a domain, the MoxiMail logo will not be displayed for that domain, but only the one you uploaded.
The MoxiMail label is included in the cost of all mail services.
Web Label
The Web Label option allows you to customize the access URLs to the following modules with the desired domain name: Webmail, Control Panel, Archive and Mail Time Machine.
It is possible to activate the Web Label option on one or more domains, to give to your company or customers the possibility to have their own custom URL to access MoxiMail services.
With the Web Label option, a valid SSL certificate is added on the selected domain, to make the access to our services recognizable and secure.
Web Label customization is compatible with logo customization. So, if you enter a logo for a domain, the MoxiMail logo will not appear for that domain, but only the logo you added.
The Web Label customization can be purchased for the following modules
- 1st module: Webmail
- Additional modules: Control Panel, Archive, Mail Time Machine

Web Label – Webmail
The first module that is purchased by activating the Web Label is that relating to the customization of Webmail. Web Label – Webmail customization allows users to access Webmail using a custom domain (e.g. the name of their company).
With the Web Label – Webmail customization, you can have:
- a personalized URL to access the Webmail with SSL certificate.
You can activate the Web Label on all domains managed by MoxiMail.
Web Label – Control Panel
Among the additional modules that can be purchased together with the Webmail module is the Web Label - Control Panel module. Web Label - Control Panel customization allows users to access the Control Panel using a custom domain (e.g. the name of their company.)
With the Web Label - Control Panel customization, you can have:
- a custom URL to access the SSL-certified Control Panel.
You can activate Web Label - Control Panel on all domains managed by MoxiMail.
Web Label – Mail Time Machine
Among the additional modules that can be purchased together with the Webmail module is the Web Label - Mail Time Machine module. Web Label – Mail Time Machine customization allows users to access the Mail Time Machine using a custom domain (e.g. the name of their company.)
With the Web Label – Mail Time Machine customization, you can have:
- a custom URL to access the SSL-certified Mail Time Machine.
You can activate Web Label – Mail Time Machine on all domains managed by MoxiMail.
Web Label – Archive
Among the additional modules that can be purchased together with the Webmail module is the Web Label - Archive module. Web Label – Archive customization allows users to access the Archive using a custom domain (e.g. the name of their company.)
With the Web Label – Archive customization, you can have:
- a custom URL to access the SSL-certified Archive.
You can activate Web Label – Archive on all domains managed by MoxiMail.
